I ordered a kitchen faucet on the website with no indication the product was back ordered. Two weeks later I am informed it will be delayed by a month.

A month later, Calvin Greene from Home Perfect informs me I will receive the product in 3-5 days. After not receiving any communication, I called Home Perfect to check on the status-they informed me a new shipment would be coming in and they would expedite the request.

Two months later, and several calls later the product is still not sent. Called today and talked to Donny-they are "checking with the manufacturer." Do not use this company, they are a rip-off and they do not follow through with their promises.

Product or Service Mentioned: Home Perfect Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $420.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service, Delivery of product.
