Recieved a Kraus faucet with a crack in the pipe. Called Home Perfect and reported it.
It seemed the service representative did not know what to do, but eventually gave me instructions to return the faucet to Kraus. I returned the defective product. Kraus acknowledged receipt and they issued a credit to Home Perfect over 40 days ago. But I have not received my refund.
I have sent 2 emails to Home Perfect--no response. Today I called. Their answering machine says they are closed, but according to the hours they gave, they should be open.
Are they still in business?
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $310.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
