I write this as I go on 50 minutes on hold with a Customer Service Representative from Home Perfect. They are only available from 9-5 M-F.

I think they are operating the Customer Service through India! I ordered four lights and only received one. Now they put me on hold to check with their vendor. 50 minutes?

Really? I paid over $500, do they think I will just go away? Prices might be attractive here but CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE. Hopefully you get everything correct on the first go around, or else you are going to be dealing with India as well.

If I had to do it again I would pay the extra $40 and get it from a reputable establishment.

BUYER BE WARNED. The representative did not understand English very well.
