Worst company I have ever dealt with.Like many others ,product did not ship as promised,could not get a status of delivery time despite many attempts,sales rep hung up on me when I finally cancelled the order and then tried to charge a 25% fee.I have found a disturbing pattern of similar complaints from other consumers who have ordered from home perfect.I have made a formal complaint to the FTC as I believe their business practices violate the "Federal Mail Order Rule". I have had numerous conversations with an FTC attorney and am hopeful they will take action on behalf of all the consumers that have been subject to this merchants business practices.
