Home Perfect - Did not confirm order or reply at all
Contrary to their website, I received no confirmation of order.When I sent emails asking, I got no reply.
When I tried to check online, that required a password which they had not asked me to supply before. Tried to reset password, but they never sent one; repeated this an same thing happened. Upon calling, got someone in India with obnoxious music-on-hold. The was told item backordered, so I cancelled order.
Some of the worst customer service I have had ever.
Company shows no address on its website, so it is suspicious.Will not deal with them again.
