Sent merchant pictures of defective material. Merchant claims defect was from shipping and must have been reported within 2 days per damaged item policy however they will not acknowledge that item was not damaged in shipping but instead defective from pre-shipping activity. I feel there's too many bad reviews about perfect home and not enough about how most people are actually treated.My husband deals with the Paisley store and they are 100% helpful in all aspects of there jobs,from the top of the tree down.Anytime we have a problem it's absolutely no problem with them to be sorted there and then.In fact better than many company's I could mention.Thank you so much for everything Anne-Marie,Arlene and of course... Should have stayed with Amazon! Purchased a sink which arrived in good condition, however it is made of plastic like texture called and told them it was not good quality or what was represented in the picture or description. Now I'm told I have to pay re-stocking and also pay the return shipping !!!! I placed a large order (appx $1600) several months back. Kitchen sink, pedestal bathroom sink, lighting fixtures and 3 ceiling fans. Finally got everything except one ceiling fan. Order status showed three were shipped and the order was complete. Started a ticket online explaining the problem. Absolutely no response. My decorator purchased 2 pendants and 1 chandelier, sized wrong sight and the4y are huge to big for my room. She never read the 25% return policy; who does that charges 25% for an item to be restocked! They are making me ship it back, okay I understand I have to pay for that (again have never had to do in my life dealing with anyone.) I ordered a sink. I took the sink the sink to the granite fabricator who told me three days later that the sink was damaged. In their opinion, the sink has been packaged that way because there was no damage to the box. Catch 22 on the Home Perfect website. Same story as others... Ordered items, never received the items... Company refuses to credit or replace "items they sent"... STAY AWAY!!! Wished I had read some of these reviews prior to ordering! Received broken sink. Called to get it replaced. The follow up was horrible. I followed up with manufacturer who honored a claim that than had to be handled via Home Perfect. It took three weeks and seven calls to get the replacement to ship. The item was shipped by AM trucking who has no real tracking system and has been in transit for nearly two weeks. Recieved a Kraus faucet with a crack in the pipe. Called Home Perfect and reported it. It seemed the service representative did not know what to do, but eventually gave me instructions to return the faucet to Kraus. I returned the defective product. Kraus acknowledged receipt and they issued a credit to Home Perfect over 40 days ago. But I have not received my refund. I have sent 2 emails to Home Perfect--no response. Today I called. ...
